EMade with the whey from the cheese manufacturing, it is a product with a white-ivory soft paste, with a slightly acidulous taste and a soft sheep’s typical aroma.
INGREDIENTS:
- Sheep’s milk whey and salt.
Fat content from 10% to 25%.
Wrapped in greaseproof paper
PET cuvettes
Cardboard boxes
Plastic crates.
Ideal conditions of preservation at temperatures
lower than 6º.
Valid for
6 days if wrapped in greaseproof paper
10 days if wrapped in a PET cuvette.
