Buttery Ripened

Cheese with a sheep’s typical aroma, ripened in a controlled environment and slightly acidulous taste, presenting in its interior a soft paste with little or no eye, buttery kind with a white ivory colour and a thin straw yellow crust.

INGREDIENTS:
  • Raw sheep’s milk, salt, thistle;

Fat content from 45% to 60%.

Wrapped in greaseproof paper (if individually packed), cardboard boxes and plastic crates.
Sold in units
0,500 - 0,650 kgs
1,000 - 1,200 kgs
1,200 - 1,600 kgs
1,600 - 2.200 kgs
Ideal conditions of preservation at temperatures lower than 10º.
Valid for 12 months after production.
